    This is a February 11, 1862 Civil War Quartermaster receipt form #27 for horse tack for the 3rd New York Cavalry.   Receipt includes: riding saddles, bridles, spurs and straps, combs etc  Signed by J R Chamberlain, First Lt and R H Batchelder.  Overall very good condition.   Look for the other Civil War paper we are listing to combine shipping.
