    This is an April 25, 1862 (?) Civil War Quartermaster order form for clothing.  Poncho blankets, forage caps, etc are being ordered in Washington D. C.  Signed by James Chamberlain of the 3rd NY Cavalry.  Excellent condition. Look for the other Civil War paper we are listing to combine shipping.
