1936 Chevrolet Other Pickups

Description

1936 Chevrolet lo-cab truck. This is a running project that needs some fabrication work, welding and tuning.

The body is is in good shape. I have the door tops that need to be welded back on. The door latches will need to be installed and fit to the doors and door strikers as well. I have both lower rockers that are original to the truck. I do have the front windshield frame that will need to be modified to fit the opening. The roof top is tacked at the A pillars and held together with clecos around the back and sides (see photos). There are two modified VW bug seats that are included. Not pictured but included is a 1933 Chrysler radiator shroud that will need to be finished. Comes with 50 Pontiac tail lights.
The chassis is new built from 2x3 rectangular steel. The front frame is a kit purchased on ebay. There is a cage in it, main hoop and halo bent up by S&W race cars. Swing out side bars. Rear is set up with QA1 coil overs and Chassis Engineering ladder bars with diagonal link. The front suspension is new, spring, shocks, dropped axle, spindles, steering box, drag link.
305 SBC:
bored and honed cast Pistons, forged 1182 crank. Decent heads new valve train  and cam. Basic rebuild.
Aluminum RPM style intake, Carter carb
MSD 6A, HEI ignition
Dual exhaust
New  stainless steel lines and fittings for fuel and transmission
Holley pump and regulator
New radiator, hoses, electric fan
New/used Autogage gauges
TH350 rebuilt, Hughes 2500 stall chrome pan.
8.8 limited 3:73 gears four wheel disk brakes with new pads, seals and brake lines
New rims, decent whitewall tires.
