    ES Prussia Royal Vienna Style Classical Scene Red Green & Gold Cake Plate
    Nice porcelain cake plate. Decorated in the Royal Vienna style with a central classical scene with Greek ladies and a cherub framed by gold gilt beading and decoration. Has an ivory background with red and green panels with gold gilt overlay and gold gilt diamonds with gold beading and red and green centers. Marked on the bottom in green Prov Saxe ES Germany. This mark was used by Erdmann Schlegelmilch (ES Prussia / ES Germany) around circa 1902 and 1938.
    Has some wear to the gilding and a small gilded over chip to the edge. Otherwise good condition with no additional chips or cracks.
    Measures approximately 11 3/8 inches wide.
