The firm of Lucien Lecellier in Villedieu-les-Poeles-Rouffigny specialized in high-quality items for the household. It was active for forty years, closing its doors in 1994. Our copper vase, with the mark of the firm on the underside, is a beautiful example of Lecellier copperwork. It stands 14.5 inches hight and is 4 inches in diameter at the base. Decorated with stalks of wheat reminiscent of ancient Roman art.
