    Description

    This piece has been in my family since the early 1960s purchased in Mexico at the high end shop El Nopal in Ensenada. This graced the center of our dining table for many years usual holding holiday deco or faux fruit. The bowl has a lovely rich patina and I would imagine could polished if so chosen. It has some dark spots in the bowl from age again I assume it could be polished. I have made NO attempt to polish and have only wiped it off. This is not a now piece and as such aging should be expected. Approximately 10 1/2” x 6 1/2” tall. Bottom is Mid Century AMAZING Mexican Copper & Brass Leaf Bowl CENTERPIECE HANDMAID 1960s. Condition is "Used". The makers Mark is difficult to read. So the actual location and maker I can’t guarantee. The region is from research. It is marked Mexico and I can make out marks that appear to be either a name or location. And marks that look to be half moons?
